Dosen PPG UM Metro, DR. HJ. RATINI, M.PD, menjadi salah satu nara sumber pada ada acara \u201cPENINGKATAN KOMPETENSI GURU EKONOMI BERBASIS KECAKAPAN ABAD 21-DALAM MEMPERSIAPKAN PENERAPAN KURIKULUM PROTOTIPE 2022\u201d di Kabupaten Serang Banten. Acara berlangsung dari tanggal 21-23 Februari 2022 secara daring yang dipandu oleh Banu Gutomo, alumni PPG UM Metro 2021. Acara tersebut diisi oleh enam naras umber dari bergabai disiplin ilmu dan salahsatunya dosen PPG UM Metro. Dr.Hj. Ratini, M.Pd. yang juga menjabat sebagai kordinator PPG FKIP UMMetro membawakan materi pelatihan daring bertema\u201d PENGEMBANGAN MODUL DAN LPKD\u201d terkait Kurikulum Prototipe 2022. Pemaparan dan pembahasan materi berlangsung selama 60 menit sekaligus tanya jawab terkait apa persamaan dan perbedaan modul dengan LKPD. Acara tersebut diikuti oleh sekitar 80 peserta guru yang tergabung dalam Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP). Sebelum materi \u201cPengembangan Modul dan LKPD\u201d peserta diminta mengisi pre-test untuk pemetaan kondisi peserta. Sebanyak 56 peserta mengisi kuisioner dengan tautan \u201c Google Forms.\u201d Secara keseluruhan acara ini berjalan dengan baik. Dalam kesempatan tersebut sebagai nara sumber DR. Hj Ratini,M.Pd. menyampaikan kesan dan pesannya. \u201cSenang rasanya bisa diberi kesempatan untuk hadir di acara MGMP ini, semoga acara seperti ini akan berlanjut sebagai ajang silaturahmi sesame guru di belahan Indonesia manapun\u201d imbuhnya.
